We are currently looking for an energetic, creative, and responsible SMM specialist for one restaurant; we plan to open a second one in 3 months. We have been creating restaurants from scratch and developing HoReCa for 28 years: * increasing profits and creating a unique image for establishments; * promoting the development of domestic tourism; * training professional marketers for the industry; * launching startups and discovering new names in the world of gastronomy. What you will do: • Managing social media • Writing texts in various formats (informative, entertaining, engaging). • Preparing publications for social media based on the information provided. • Generating ideas for creative projects. • Video content editing and processing • Skill in using generative AI models • Working with reviews • Preparing advertising posts and creatives • Monitoring trends, news, and memes to create relevant content • Reporting on content performance and collecting statistics • Working with aggregator sites • Supporting professional photo and video shoots • Developing a content plan and participating in creating a content strategy, working with scheduled posting tools. • Working with comments. Our ideal candidate has experience in: • Reels creation: scripts, filming, editing. • SMM work from 1 year. • Text writing. • Account promotion. • Creating beautiful photo and video content on a phone. • Content editing/processing. • Drawing up technical specifications for photo and video shoots.
