You are suitable for us if you have experience in customer acquisition or cold sales, speak fluent Russian and Armenian, and are ready to participate in the development of the company.

You will have to:

- Work in the driver support office in Yerevan;

- Processing the incoming flow of drivers in the office;

- Providing online support to drivers;

- Training drivers to work with the application;

- Consulting drivers on motivational and referral programs;

- Offline registration of a warm flow of drivers;

- Calling potential drivers on a regular basis to monitor the service.

What we expect from you:

- Experience in call centers and support centers is desirable;

- Literate speech;

- Location in Yerevan and knowledge of the Russian language;

Working conditions:

- Working hours: from 10:00 to 19:00, Saturday and Sunday are days off;

- Fixed salary: salary 100,000 AMD + 100,000 AMD bonus for achieving KPI, there is an opportunity to earn additional bonuses for exceeding the plan;
