The main responsibilities are:
• Directly organize, monitor and direct construction work,
• Study and monitor work processes, equipment and construction areas,
• Set work schedules for construction workers,
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, the necessary conditions for the performance of work, and the quality of the work performed.

Requirements are:
• Age: 30-60,
• Higher technical education: engineer-construction,
• At least 5 years of work experience,
• Knowledge and observance of technical safety rules,
• Ability to organize construction work on a construction site,
• Punctuality, flexibility.

Additional conditions are:

• Break at the expense of the Company's funds.
• The organization provides transportation to the place of work from Yerevan at the expense of the employer.
